00One district, four concepts
Together, four concepts form a cohesive innovation district for the Ilorin Innovation Hub — positioning it as a destination not just for Nigerian startups, but for researchers, entrepreneurs, investors and technology companies from across Africa and beyond.
Innovation Living Campus
Where talent lives, learns and collaborates — ~250 residential units plus innovation and lifestyle amenity.
AI & Robotics Research Centre
Where advanced technologies are researched and developed — the technological heart of the district.
Future Mobility & Smart City District
Where urban innovations are tested in real-world conditions, at city scale.
Venture Creation Campus
Where ideas are transformed into scalable businesses — from concept to investment on one campus.
